Bookstore Charging Guidelines

Registered students of Missouri State University – West Plains are allowed to charge course textbooks/digital materials and required course related items at Drago College Store for two weeks prior to the first day of classes until the Friday following the second week of classes.  Courses beginning in the second eight week session can charge materials for two weeks prior to the first day of the session until the Friday of the first week of class.  Charges are not to exceed $1000 in a semester unless verified that the required course materials exceeds that amount.

Registered students who have already been awarded financial aid are allowed to charge additional items beyond required course related items.  The financial aid process must have already been completed and funds verified by university staff.

Participation in some aid related programs, specifically those that approve the charging of supplies in addition to required course materials, must be confirmed before charging is allowed.  Charges are not to exceed $1000 in a semester unless verified that the required course materials exceeds that amount.

Bookstore charges are included with My Payment Plan amounts.  More information about My Payment Plan can be found at https://wp.missouristate.edu/BusinessOffice/EnrollmentAgreement.htm#Deferred
